XWL has provided IT support, services and solutions to Strategic Finance Ltd (Strategic) for over 10 years. During the years XWL and Strategic developed an excellent working collaboration based on trust and respect. XWL was always there when needed and was able to proactively respond to Strategic’s changing needs with high technical skills, excelled customer service and cost effective solutions. XWL expertise was invaluable when Strategic upgraded its telephone system to an IP-based system. When at the end of last year Strategic moved to new premises, XWL managed the move for the IT equipment (including servers). The move went very smoothly and everything was up and running the next day in a new virtualised environment (we saw the move as an opportunity to update some old/unstable servers with a new virtualised environment).

XWL have provided the IT infrastructural and desktop services to Telecom International offices and facility sites around the world for the past 11 years. The value that XWL have brought to our operation has been substantial over the years, based upon responsiveness and a ” can do” attitude to difficult requirements. We are a worldwide 24 x 7 operation for which XWL provides critical infrastructural support and maintenance to a very high standard. This requires a high level of risk management, a broad institutional operational and business knowledge of TNZI and a high degree of engineering skill. During this time we have had our share of major utility and systems incidents that had the potentially to affect production, service and revenue. The XWL response has always been on time, no fuss and effective.XWL also provide high value to TNZI in the areas of projects and compliances. Their core team have strong IP skills that we deploy to assist our network planning and operations initiatives. Their involvement in our projects from inception greatly assists design, implementation and the integration of production systems into our IT operations. XWL have been providing Buchanan Gray, Lawyers, with IT support since our firm’s inception in 2007. In 2000 we were looking to replace the firm who provided our IT support. Andrew Sloper was recommended to us by the then CE of the Computer Society and after meeting with Andrew and one of the XWL Directors we made the decision to engage XWL as our IT Support providers. They appealed to us because they are a small company and understand small business, yet big enough because they have more than one person who can fix your problem.
